Thank you for your interest in using the TCBAA fields/facilities. We strive to provide our members and the community with sports facilities that are clean, well resourced, safe, and kept at high standards for our sport teams. In order to maintain these disciplines, we ask that all potential users read, understand, and sign the agreement of use for our facilities and fields. Your use of our property requires that your organization will comply with the following rules. A new request must be made for each intended use.

AGREEMENT

In return for use of TCBAA facilities applicant agrees:

? To pay all costs related to this Facility Use.

? To observe TCBAA rules and regulations pertaining to use of facilities as listed below.

? To be jointly and severally responsible for any damage to property due to such use other than reasonable wear and tear.

? To provide the TCBAA with a Certificate of Liability.

? That all areas used must be cleared of personal property immediately including trash accumulated.

TCBAA Field Use Rules and Regulations

*All forms of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco are prohibited on TCBAA property. This includes the parking lots.

*All vehicles are to be parked in the paved lot or in the overflow lot just to the north of the paved lot.

*No motor vehicles of any type are to be driven across, or parked in or near, the ball fields or outfields.

*All trash and personal items are your responsibility and need to be removed at the conclusion of your event.

*There is no bathroom on site. If requesting use of available portable toilets, please include that in your comments. Recognize that additional fees may be incurred and that you are responsible to leave the units clean and free of trash.

It is understood that TCBAA activities have preference over non-member activities in using the property and this request is subject to cancellation if the requested field is needed for TCBAA activity.

If this permission is granted, I and the organization I represent, agree to be responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained by any person attending or participating in the program or activity for which we may use the above mentioned facilities, and to be responsible for replacement in case of any damage or loss incurred. Further, in accordance with State requirements and TCBAA policy, we agree that there SHALL BE NO USE OF TOBACCO, ALCOHOL, OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ON THE PROPERTY.
